Best hairdressers in town, bar none.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I left in tears and the "hairdresser " threw my tip back at me. I called around 10am and told them that I had my neices birthday party at 2,they told me to come in at 1130, and that'd give them plenty of time to finish a cut and color. I get the same color highlights from every salon Ive been to, and this is the first time I've had someone dye my head in large bleach blonde chunks, when I specially picked out a copper color. After two hours she dyed my hair and to my horror I see my entire head is covered in chunks of blonde that in no way looks natural. I tell her that it's not what I wanted and she got mad, started throwing red toner al over my head, neck, it was down my arms, in my ears etc. She refused to raise the chair at the sink when age was washing my hair and sprayed water down both of my ears and down my shirt. I have bruises on my head and my ears are sore from all of the water in them. She threw the toner all over my head and washed it out, and I got to the point where I was crying and I told her to just tell me what I owed her and to let me leave. I gave her a tip despite all of this, and she threw it back at me and said to keep the change. I got in my car and I had red color on my face, neck, arms, in and behind my ears, down my back.... I will never go back. Ever. I told her my name multiple times and even spelled it for her and she called me Taylor the entire time... I paid $55 for being tortured from 11:30-3pm and the color looks horrible!
I can't speak about how things were done three years ago, but I do doubt any review that has no name on it (that seems shady to me). But I can speak for Deidra Tinsley who now works there. She is awesome! She is a color expert, up to date with all the current styles. I would never let anyone but her cut, color or highlight my hair! If you need proof check out her facebook page. Also never take the word of an anonymous reviewer. If someone really messed up my hair I wouldn't be afraid to use my name! Would you?

I have been a client for 5 years. The haircuts I get are great; they grow out with style...both Brooks know their business well. I had searched for 7 years to find a good hair place...am totally happy with Brooks and Brooks.
