My sister was the person that had an office visit. She never has a complaint with the office . She tells me that she loves the staff and her experience is always great. My sister is a brain hemerage patient with the mind of a 7 year old. She doesn't like pain so when she tells me she's happy with the office you take that to heart.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This office is understaffed and it is nearly impossible to schedule a follow up appointment. Nearly six weeks ago I had some teeth pulled. Something didn't seem right, as the pain never ended, so I tried to make a follow up appointment. After several calls, I never could get anyone to call me back so I walked into the office because apparently that's the only way to make an appointment. That was a week ago. I finally get to see the doctor and he is completely unprofessional. Dr. G was condescending and talked over me. He argued with me and ended up having another doctor take over for him. If the extraction had been done correctly in the first place I would not have had to "bother" them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very caring dental office with friendly staff. Doctor concerned for patient. However, rates are too high for the gentleman we carried who is on a low disability income. He cannot afford $4k. Was pressured by finance rep even though I told him the gentleman could not afford it.
Good service. Dr "G" & staff was very nice & professional. I didn't too much care for the first visit to the financial rep/mgr. I have great insurance...pays for most of my services. Out of pocket cost was still kinda steep. Spoke to another financial rep the following day by phone. Told me to come in to go over more options. He helped out a lot!! It's more affordable now. Overall experience....Good!! :-)
I went there because of the "free" x-rays. Was told I had gum disease and would have to come back for treatment. I couldn't wait to get out of there since I have had no bleeding gums or anything like that to be diagnosed with gum disease. Went on line and discovered that Aspen Dental has very bad reviews nation wide for getting you in there for "free" x-rays then saying something is terribly wrong with you teeth -- that's how they get their money. Anyways, went to another dentist who told me I do not have dental disease and just need a couple filling replaced. Be careful. Aspen Dental will take advantage of your ignorance. Don't go there.
