Edit: I wanted to add this little bit to my review and acknowledge the fake reviews recently added here in attempts to counteract the poor reviews this "company" has recently acquired. Please be aware that EZ is notorious for hiding reviews (on Facebook for instance) and is a part of "business networks" that they pay to leave positive reviews.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!
Summary: The methods this business uses to take advantage of their customers is despicable. Greenwood has other options that are FAR better than this joke. They might quote you a lower price up front, but I guarantee that you will save time, money, and headache if you just skip EZ Computer Repair altogether.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!
This place is a complete joke. They charged $325 to fix a machine that still won't boot. They lied and said it's working, they lied about which replacement parts they put into the machine, and they didn't install the new components correctly (loose or disconnected). They ensured it was working and would NOT allow the machine to be tested upon pick up. When they were notified of the problems and the machine was brought back to them during their business hours (4 hours till close), signs were "open" but all doors were locked and no one was in sight. After returning to the store with the still-broken computer the last time, they promptly called the police on the customers and had them served trespassing notices. The audio from each interaction was recorded. They have unfortunately forced the customer to file a civil law suit against them to attempt to fix the computer or receive a refund.
I took my computer here to have it fixed. These people put sub-par parts in my machine and charged me out the ass and my computer still wasn't fixed. When confronted about it, instead of hearing me out and fixing my issue, they put me on trespassing notice knowing that they had already made their money and so they wouldn't have to deal with me again.
Customers beware.
It is not a coincidence that the only positive reviews they have were written days apart by accounts with no other reviews. This immediately follows a losing court case in which an employee asked (on record), "how can we stop customers from leaving bad reviews?"

The guy that helped me had a wonderful attitude the entire time, explained things in a way that I could understand, and once I recieved my computer back I have had no issues since.
