This company by far has made our home buying experience awful. We started the process at the beginning of May, doing a land home package. We had a contract on the land and were set to close on June 15th , which our lender Lelion said he could do. Anytime he asked for anything, it was sent to him within hours. He kept telling my husband we were out of underwriting but the very next day would say the underwriter requested something else...how are we out of UW if they're still needing things ? He kept telling us the appraisal would be here the next day....this went on for over a month hearing this before the appraisal came . He also would ignore us until we would call from a number he didn't know then he would pick right up, surprisingly. Through all this our loan had to be extended to July 15th bc of all the lies and delays . We had a new contract set and he said we would be closed for sure . He also told my husband and our house place to be at the lawyers office to close on July 13th. My husband decided to confirm with the lawyers office, and come to find out there was never an appt even made. He made a fake closing date up and lied about it. Our sellers backed out bc they don't won't to delay anymore...and I can't blame them . Come to find out when he was suppose to send everything to start underwriting at the beginning of May , he never sent it until the middle of June. So he's lied through everything and cost us our land. Now we have to find more land and start this whole process over. He has wasted almost 3 months of our lives for nothing...and his response is " it's out of my hands ". Do not trust this company
