This place has friendly helpful staff. Working out here is very pleasant.
The place is well clean and staffed the staff is friendly and , knowledgable but establishment does not have a family package or a kids area so it's not family friendly they only have one fitness trainer that's not available at all hours so you have to be flexible with your time when you go in if you need a fitness advisor the staff was able to assist with certain types of exercise to help you with your needs but there was really no one there who could really help you come up with a fitness plan except the one trainer that has a schedule of daytime hours i like the place and set up the 1 main thing i was really looking for was an affordable family package because the YMCA has crazy high prices
No guilt wookouts. Trainer on staff during the day, open 24 hours a day.
Love the atmosphere. Black card membership is the way to go.
It's a relaxing place to go workout at meet new people's.
