Once you start going regular they stop really putting any effort in customer service. I arrived around 3 and didnt leave till 5, and my nails weren't even completely done. They would checkout other customers in between while doing my nails which i didnt mind if they would excuse themself but he would just get up without saying anything. He also sat down a party of 3 to do pedicures and again never exused himself which took about 10 minutes.
By the time he finish shaping my nails he asked me what color i wanted my nails i told him i wasnt sure it wasnt going to take me long to choose a color. But as I went to wash my nails he decides to start doing pedicure with other customer. I got fed up and told him that i was ready to go that i could paint my nails myself. I tried to explain that i was leaving because of the bad service i was getting but he tried to blame it on me that I wasn't ready with color for my nail. They charged me $ 18 for unfinish service and never apologized for my complaint for bad service. If they think that the service they provide values customers they will not last for long. They should provide good service because as far as i know they dont do this for free. I can not recommend this place once they have you as a customer your future visits will not be of value.
Went in and asked how long it would be for a pedicure, and was just told to pick out a color and sit in one of the pedicure chairs. They had 3 people working there. The two guys were finishing up with 2 other customers, so I figured one of them would go to the other woman waiting and the other would come to me. Instead, the one went to help the other customer and the other guy disappeared. I was ignored and sat with my feet in lukewarm water for almost 45 minutes before I asked for a towel to dry my feet and left. I could have been a little more understanding if all 3 of the people there had been actively assisting other customers, but this was the worst customer service!! Do not go to this place-there are atleast 2 other places right across the street to choose from.
