Nice but a little large. I understand it's a hardware store but wow.
Got email my order was ready. It wasn't and they would not let me get it anyway. Even though I had placed the order and used my card, because it was on my wife's account. Done with this company for good.

Nice cashier, but today the other workers were far too involved in re-setting store isles (or whatever it was they were doing) to ask me if I needed help with very large items. No one offered to assist getting items on cart nor out to (or into) car. A very nice gentleman with veterans license plates helped me lift the two x-large boxes containing toilet and bathroom vanity into my vehicle. If I wasn't on limited time for short notice project I would have just left.
Stand at paint counter for 10 minutes while 2 employees talked oblivious to the fact that there are customers. Finally had to be rude and ask for help after standing at counter for 10 minutes. All i needed was paint to be shaken. She put paint in and took off. Never came back. After another 15 mimutes i went behind counter and got my paint out of shaker myself and wished the couple at the counter good luck on getting help. Customer service here has always been non existent. To bad there is not other place in town.
