I thought it would take a couple of days for them to fix a broken strap on my leather sandals. It took 10 minutes maybe and the two men working were incredibly nice.
i have very bad costumer service by them. when i originally went to get my boots altered the price was 15 dollars. which is not a bad price. but when i brought the boots to the store he said it was 25.68 still not bad for getting 3 inches added to them so they would fit again. but when i finally went to pay for the boots he said i owed him 30 dollars. that is twice of what was originally told to me. i did not like their service at all if they cant figure out how much it is to alter 1 pair of boots.
