Worst experience every. My son was having problems with his formula and they would not change it so I can't use my wic for the formula I switched him to. Also the nurse stated she was going to write a prescription for his rash and never did nor put it in his paper work so there was nothing they could do since she would not be back for another 2 weeks now it has moved to his face. So I have switched drs.
I have had a great experience with Dr Bonetti. If I were only rating him I would give it 5 stars. The front desk staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The nurses don't wear name tags or introduce themselves. The wait is absurd. I've never been there less than 2 hours. I understand things don't always go smoothly but no one even bothers to let you know they haven't forgotten about you.
Do not choose this place, you set up an appointment with a DR only to see a PA who will scare you with things they say are wrong with your child that are not. Then refer you to a specialist that is unnecessary only to cause you additional out or pocket expenses
Nurses suck. Doctor's suck. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I am extreamly satisfied with them after 20 years of their service and care for my three children.
