***UPDATE - Home warranty denied the request because the stoppage was caused by roots. My money will be spent on this, and 30 minutes of their time could have given them almost $1000 in business between cleanout and proper cleanout piping installation.***
When its my money, next time I won't call them either.
Called this afternoon to request a repair that would be covered by my home warranty and was informed that they do not work with home warranty companies. When I explained that I would be paying up front, and getting reimbursed, they told me they couldn't help me and I should contact someone else.
