It id regrettable that the peoplc of my town have to suffer the arrogance, indifferance, and general lack of interest in job performance. They have been at three different locations, two of which two large unleashed agressivei met customers at the front door. Yes, in agreement with other reviewers they are rude.
Theree was a for sale sign before the business for several years at the former location. . When I went into the present location, I was hoping that the business had sold and some decent, sociall-skilled people were there. No way, the same old sassy women was there, as well as the man. Regarding this man, he shows no enthusiasm for his job in this family owned business. No wonder the business did not sell.. When one buys a business, they buy good will, and as far as this FedEx authorized dealer is concerned, there would be none.
The rules of service vary from time to time. In the past they have packed for me. I took a large asst. of items to be packed, weighing about 80 lbs. The rude woman said that they could not do that for the public. I offered her my usual charge, yet she still refused. The man on duty said for me to go get a box, pack it and send to a frt. co. I sell on Ebay and they specify that I must use Fed Ex because of the wt. I lost a sale fora px $6,009 because of the staff, and Ebay lost $600 commission. Why did they change the rules?
If I could give this place no stars I would customer service is beyond lacking the woman in there is straight rude I dread going up there fed ex needs to find another place to do their business. They don't give you a receipt or anything hope my stuff makes it.
