Service was slow, counters weren't clean, floor was sticky and gross. Cashier was leaning against counter when we walked in. He was very pleasant and courteous though. And after the wait of more than 15 minutes from order time, the food WAS hot and delicious.
I did note an instance of someone grabbing the tongs for chicken with her bare hands, high up on the tongs and the placing the tongs back on top of the chicken sitting there. Also, a server placing food on a tray, pushed fries back in to the fry package with bare hands.
I've only had one issue with place, besides that I still go there, and everyone is so nice
I love BoJangles. The food is always hot and fresh and the people are polite.
Was out of multiple sides. Had to wait 26 minutes to get food. Poor management!!
