The service was extremely poor.I would give details but it would be best to say purchase your shoes online,at hibbetts,or jimmy jazz.The lady working there had a gentleman sitting with her their the whole time.She talked down to her assistant in Kain sight if the customer.She even in a very nasty way told the customer wait until she got off the phone while her assistant was just standing there.She then stated dhe could be the only one to complete the transaction. Her attitude was horrible. Her customer service tone AMD demeanor was worse. I will never shop at footlocker in Greenwood again.I used to be a footlocker customer for years in Greenwood and NYC...but since that experience last week in that store.I will never ever do businesd with them again.Footlocker of Greenwood needs a better staff or an apology to never earn my business again.
