I called to make an doctor appointment I was on hold for 20 mins I called back and I was explaining to her that I had been on hold and the way she was talking at me was just rude and nasty I will not be going back their. They take forever and very rude in my eyes.
Everyone here acts as if they hate their job.
I love this practice. I've been going there for years. Dr. Casey is the most caring, loving , give it to straight doctor. He always makes u feel like you are the only person he has to see. I appreciate that. Thank you Uptown Family Practice♡♡♡♡♡♡.
Dr.Casey is always pleasant and encouraging when I go there. He takes time to listen and find solutions to my health issues. My 3 children and I appreciate his care.
I am constantly having to chase them for meds, appts, and questions.
Love the doctor, hate the overworked, incompetent staff who have failed us repeatedly and takes great issue with answering phones. I have little experience with health care in this state. Perhaps this in the norm in a non-union state where most are living on low wages.
