Enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and courteous staff. Had issue with chair in room but was repaired in timely manner. Have stayed before and would stay again
This Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with my elderly father and the man at the desk was very kind and respectful to my Dad. The next morning as we were leaving the battery was dead in my Dad's car. An employee came out and gave us a jump. We appreciated that very much. The breakfast was standard as far as Hotel breakfasts go, but it isn't the Ritz-Carlton after all. If we go back through Greenwood, I'm pretty sure we'd stay there again.
Rooms are overall very clean but very dated and worn. Management encouraged me to rate the hotel a 9 or 10 on checkout. Took night manager that was not very professional. Maintainance worker was very helpful on where to find fresh bakery items as desk help recommended a grocery store.
The rooms have been renovated and match the standard quality inn carpet and color scheme. Overall this is an above average hotel for this price point.
It is clean enough, though it would be cleaner with better products for staff. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The owners not as much. The breakfast is lukewarm with no way to warm except in rooms. No hot water for hot cereal, cold biscuits, ect....
