Decent place for lunch or dinner for a casual full meal instead of fast food. Wait time wasn't very long at the time we were there, but can't be sure about other times. Menu changes happen more frequently than we like when we go because wanting something specific but is no longer served here. Customer service was ok, have had better and worse, but this trip wasn't as great. Would have chosen somewhere else had we known menu been changed again.
If you come here make sure you get a lady named sam as your waitress, she is awesome. I was there for lunch and it was my first time ever at Fatz. I order the Calabash chicken because I heard the fried chicken was really good. She suggested that the grilled wrap tasted better. I did go with her suggestion but she brought some of the fried chicken for me to try. I would definitely return because of her.
If i could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks. The service sucks. The management does nothing but make excuses. Their parking lot sucks..I fell and tore my ankle and knee up on loose gravel. I wasted over an hour of my life here. Get a new staff losers. #yousuck
I used to really like their cheese fries, but they have changed the menu. It is more "Country cooking" than it used to be
