Bad part of town! Car radios have been stolen in this area and apparently you can't prove who did it!!!
A few days later a neighbor replaced the reservoir, which I bought with a lifetime warranty for $33.51 after tax, and the burnt lightbulb (pkg. of 2 $6.99) and did both in about 15 minutes causing my jaw to drop! I was apparently going to be charged about 3 hrs. of labor for a 20 min. job (counting another 5 min. that the pressure test very likely took) - WOW! I wonder how they justify their dishonesty before God!

Please stay away from these people, they're supposedly Christians but have NO qualms in fleecing their customers! I went there with a coolant leaking problem, that I guessed correctly that was in the reservoir, and a lightbulb that needed to be replaced plus a minor problem of leaking windshield wiper fluid that I told them I'd only wanted fixed if I could afford it if the total of the other 2 repairs was not too high. Well, they went ahead and replaced a "line" before I was even given the estimate which rose to $279+ before tax and when I said I'd clearly said it was the least important repair dependent on the cost of the others no apology was offered nor any attempt to make a deal with me so I'd keep the repair. Then I inquired about the price of the coolant reservoir, I was told it would be $70. I asked if they couldn't try finding a cheaper one but I was told again the amount I would have to pay or that I could go pick my car up and just pay $39 for a pressure test (to identify location of leak). I'm a single older woman living on a low S.S. amount so I couldn't afford almost $300, which I knew had to be mostly labor charges, so I went and picked up my car and since I had not "wanted" the windshield wiper fluid leak fixed they went ahead and removed the line. Frankly, I think they should've let me have that repair for free since it was THEIR mistake, but at the very least they should've offered me a discounted price, but these so-called Christians are apparently serving Mammon.
