We will never take any vehicle back to them. I would beware and look for another place.

Even though I moved two hours away, I still bring my car here for regular maintenance schedule. Often, because of my job, I have to short schedule and this Firestone always finds a way to squeeze my car in. Service is always fast and professional, and courteous. Highly recommend.
My wife took our van there twice for a slow leak. Both times they told her it was the sealant and tried to sell her a tire for over $100. Today we took it to Abbeville Tire in Abbeville to get a tire since the prices we much better. We explained why we were getting a tire and what Firestone said. They checked the tire before replacing it. He told us the tire was fine but the rim had a small crack in it. He showed us where it was leaking.
Always great customer service. Reasonable prices and quality work. As a woman I feel comfortable coming in by myself bc they explain everything to me and tell me what each thing means to my vehicle safety.
It is sad Firestone was more concerned in selling a tire which would not have fixed the problem instead of actually checking for the leak and telling the truth.
These guys are dishonest and unbelievable they LIED to my face like that. They must make a commission on the work they do.
Brought my van here after being offered a coupon for $99.99 brake job which was supposed to include pads,labor rotor resurfaced etc. ... so I take it in there they tell me my front brakes are fine but my rear brakes are so bad they can't put on the brakes without fully replacing the rotors (extra $161) plus they tacked on some break fluid thing for an extra $69 bringing my total to $370 - I told them I couldn't pay that, they asked me what I could afford I told them $99 like the coupon said. They went on to tell me all the reasons why they couldn't just stick brakes on there with rotors being bad.. I told them to just give me back my van, I have a friend who has a garage in Greenville I will just take it to him. Was trying to avoid the drive ... well when I took my van to him 2 days later he pulled off my tires and showed me that only the inner pads were just now to the point of needing to be replaced the outer ones were just fine. He pulled out these measurement things to explain how to know for sure if it's time. The outer pads were yellow and the inner pads were in between the red and the yellow. And guess what?! The rotors are 100% FINE!! Smooth! I knew they couldn't be bad I wasn't hearing anything when I drove it!
Fox stone seriously need to consider replace in their ball has that it furniture for customers wait no service. Great service but the crew seem to be a little a back.
