This is the second car I have purchased in a year. I bought a Chevy Impala the first time. It's been a great car, just was too low for me and my husband. Both times I worked with Steven Lynch and he went above what most salesman normally do. Both cars I've bought were used and I will say I have never been more pleased with a used car like I have from Ballentine Ford. Great cars at great prices and even better employees. We bought a used vehicle and we have only had two months. Thankfully ford gave us a car to drive around in while they fixed it. They were able to get it all worked out with the warranty company so we didn't have to deal with the hassle.. they also kept us updated on what was happening so we didn't have to wonder.
So pleased with the customer service we received today while car shopping with my daughter for her first vehicle she bought herself! The salesman Steven Lynch and finance guy Johnny were so patient with her and made us feel important and valued! They went above and beyond to get her in the car she wanted.
