Purchased a used Fusion. Service engine light went on. Took it in, and they did not have the necessary part. Told me it would be in on Friday. It was. Took car in. Had a tight schedule and could not spend more than 45 minutes there. They took care of it right away and I was out of there in 35 minutes.
