I have always had my vehicles serviced at Gary Russ Chevrolet, and have bought vehicles from there. Their service department has been top notch. Today, their service manager stated my car was "old" and I was told it needed a new oil pan and plug. I explained it had always been serviced there, so if there was a problem, it came from my last service. The next story was that the oil pan had been hit on something. I drive my vehicle with respect, as I always have. Yes, the vehicle is not brand new. Not everyone can afford a new car, that is where keeping it maintained well comes in. It helps the life of the car expand. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by this employee and I will not return any of our vehicles there. I hope they do not mind losing business, due to the rude and unkind nature of the current service manager.
Prices to high service dept. Manager one of the best . If there are issues he will do what he can to fix . The service manager is no longer here will have to see if they continue to be the same ??????
