Great service on my wife's kia. Very friendly
On the NEW Kia side. Two employees outside never approached me. They were to busy on their cells. The black lady on the bench for almost an hour while there and a heavy set white guy went behind the building to make a call. So I went over to the used lot where sales people were outside and not on the phone. I did call RL Smith and he said to come back over to the Kia lot. Not a good impression for sales people to ignore potential customers.
It's clean, friendly and accommodating. You get what you pay for and more.
