Started doing business here since they have new service manager. Last one I dealt with was just there to be eye candy and didn't know her job

This dealership is horrendous and the service dept. absolutely the worst if you want better service and deals go to JT’s in Columbia there is a reason their a 5 star dealer and Quality is not and I’m in a new challenger from them and my wife is in a new journey crossroads with great service which quality couldn’t provide just ask my wife with a tire that was blown quality wouldn’t help but JT’s did. Thought with all new dodge vehicle’s you can get them serviced at any dealer but I was wrong quality is terrible and I will never buy or bring my new car their to be serviced ever I’ll drive the hour an half to get the service possible.
I have had a great experience here recently. They went above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service! I highly recommend Quality of Greenwood. For those that have had a not so good experience in the past, a new manager has been there for several months and you can clearly tell!!! The office staff even seems happier which trickles down to the customer. Kudos to the hard work being put in to restore the reputation and name of this business. I can definitely tell and the progress is evident!
