You know how it usually is.... high pressure sales tactics, haggling back and forth over money for hours etc.....in other words, a real headache.
I had to get outta there...went for "The works" oil change and while I was waiting, I toured the lot. Some silver tongued salesman Mr. Steve almost sold me an Escape. Whew. Well at least I got my tires rotated, belts and hoses checked and fluids topped off. Great service, Thanks.

Very little communication from service people, just wait around until whenever they are done. Don't bother asking a question about the desired service, you're made to feel like it's a dumb question.
